Projec Engineer / Senior Enginee

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Project Engineer / Senior Engineer at Evolution Technologies. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities from design through execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and client specifications. The Project Engineer / Senior Engineer will review drawings and technical documents, prepare reports, and support the selection of materials, methods, and technologies suitable for each project. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and recommending practical solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role also requires regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
Strong engineering background with experience in project planning, design review, and technical coordination within trading, contracting, or construction environments.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD applications, project management platforms, and productivity tools such as MS Office).
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources, with solid skills in risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with remote teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; professional certifications or registration are an advantage.
Experience in contracting or construction projects in the region is preferred, with familiarity in local standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is considered an asset.
