Role Description
The Lead AI Business Strategy Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in United States.
You will guide enterprise clients through their AI transformation/adoption/scaling, from discovery and strategy development to implementation & adoption.
Day-to-day tasks include:
Align with clients corporate objectives,
Identify high-impact opportunities,
Build clear business cases w/ roadmaps and clear P&L impact.
This individual leads engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure AI-forward solutions are aligned with client outcomes and compliance requirements.
The role also involves presenting clear recommendations to C-Suite, executive leaders, facilitate workshops, measure performance, and iterate on strategies that drive program value while reducing clients dependency on single tech vendors, reduce computing demand, and reduce token exposure.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex business processes, quantify value opportunities, and interpret financial and operational data.
Consulting and Management Consulting experience in advising enterprise clients, structuring engagements, and delivering strategic recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders, leading workshops, and translating technical AI concepts into clear business language.
Solid Finance acumen to build ROI models, support investment cases, and assess the true financial impact of AI and automation initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Exposure to AI, data, or automation initiatives (strategy, implementation, or product) in enterprise settings.
Experience with outcome-centered approaches and delivery.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global stakeholders across business and technical domains.
