Position Overview
Drive product development and operational efficiency by aligning business goals, customer needs, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
Key Responsibilities
Define product roadmaps, priorities, and development plans.
Gather customer feedback and analyze market trends.
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Track product performance, KPIs, and user experience.
Improve product workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in product management or operations.
Familiar with Agile, product roadmaps, and project management tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
