Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The Tendering Specialist prepares and submits competitive proposals, ensures compliance with tender requirements, and maintains accurate records of bids and outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender terms, tracking deadlines, communicating with clients and vendors, and supporting procurement-related activities linked to tender responses. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and providing regular updates to management on tender status and results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Procurement, with experience handling complete bid cycles.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating tender conditions, pricing, and risk assessment.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills for preparing clear, accurate, and compliant technical and commercial submissions.
Relevant experience in electrical, engineering, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work with tender portals and documentation tools.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines in a structured, ethical manner.
