Unreal Benefits.” with 6g of prebiotic fiber per 250ml slim can, zero added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colours, naturally sweetened with monk fruit and under 15 calories per can. Bubz currently comes in four flavours—Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry—designed for conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone seeking smarter beverage choices. The company focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels, using premium packaging that fits active, on-the-go lifestyles. Bubz aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India, blending health benefits with a cool, social, and aspirational soda experience.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for On-Ground Marketing & Activation. The role involves executing in-market brand activations, sampling drives, and promotional events across modern trade outlets, gyms, colleges, offices, and community spaces to build awareness and trial for Bubz. The team member will coordinate with retail partners and event organizers, set up brand booths and displays, manage product inventory for activations, and ensure consistent brand visibility at key touchpoints. Responsibilities include engaging directly with consumers, communicating product benefits clearly, collecting feedback and insights, and sharing on-ground learnings with the marketing team. The role also includes tracking activation performance, maintaining basic reports, supporting local partnerships, and representing the brand in a professional and energetic manner.
Qualifications
Experience in on-ground marketing, field promotions, brand activations, or event management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for direct consumer engagement.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute activations, including basic logistics and inventory handling.
Comfort working in dynamic retail and outdoor environments, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Basic understanding of FMCG/beverage marketing or interest in consumer brands and wellness.
Ability to maintain simple performance reports and use digital tools or apps for tracking and communication.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, depending on events and activations.
Relevant education in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
