Sales Associate - Domestic and International

We are a Silicon Valley AI startup founded by an IIT Delhi Computer Science graduate, ex-Google engineer, and repeat founder who previously built a $1B+ company and raised $200M+.
We are now building our next company with the ambition to create a $10B global business.
We are hiring multiple people in India to own and close inbound customers across international and domestic markets.
A customer fills out our form.
Within minutes, you call them.
You understand what they need, answer questions, follow up after proposals, WhatsApp/email them when needed, handle objections and stay on top of the opportunity until you close the customer or know definitively they will not buy.
We want closers, not callers.
You should be:
Relentless about following up and closing
Extremely hungry and target-driven
Persuasive and confident
Excellent in spoken English
Comfortable talking to business owners
High ownership — you don't stop because your assigned task is done
Compensation
₹20,000–₹25,000 fixed + uncapped incentives
₹1,000 per standard customer closed
Up to ₹5,000 per higher-value customer closed
No cap on incentives
Strong performers can earn ₹80,000–₹1 lakh+ per month
