## Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Intern cum Admission Consultant, you will represent our brand across Kasaragod by visiting colleges, universities, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations to introduce our study abroad services and generate prospective student leads.
This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in field marketing, lead generation, communication, and international education counselling.
## Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned colleges, educational institutions, and organisations across Kasaragod.
- Introduce Vivid Abroad Education LLP and explain our international education services.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Identify and generate prospective student leads interested in studying abroad.
- Explain study opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
- Build professional relationships with college representatives, students, and relevant organisations.
- Collect and submit accurate lead information with the necessary consent.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and coordinate with our admission counselling team.
- Work towards agreed lead-generation targets and identify additional opportunities independently.
## Training Period & Benefits
**Duration:** First 3 months.
During this period, the selected candidate will receive product training and guidance from our team. The role will primarily involve field visits and student lead generation across Kasaragod.
- Travel expenses for approved official visits will be covered by the company.
- Meal expenses for approved fieldwork will be provided according to company policy.
- Brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and assigned target locations will be provided.
- Candidates will receive practical exposure to international student recruitment and education consultancy operations.
**Important:** This is a training and field internship position without a fixed monthly salary during the initial three months. Approved travel and meal expenses are covered separately under the company policy.
## Career Progression After Three Months
Candidates who successfully meet the agreed performance requirements may be considered for appointment as a **Senior Education Consultant**.
The proposed opportunity includes:
- Monthly salary of ₹25,000, subject to successful completion of the internship and formal selection.
- Remote or on-site work options, as mutually agreed.
- A proposed two-year employment contract.
- An opportunity to develop expertise in international admissions, student counselling, and recruitment.
- A formal offer letter upon successful selection.
Progression will depend on performance, the quality of prospective student leads, eligibility of candidates for counselling, and verified conversion results. The specific targets and employment terms will be communicated during recruitment.
