Recruitment & Hiring
Posting jobs on portals and social platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
Supporting employer branding initiatives
HR Operations
Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
Maintaining employee documentation
Coordinating attendance and HR records
Assisting in employee engagement activities
Culture & Coordination
Supporting communication between teams
Helping create a positive workplace environment
Assisting in internal initiatives and team activities

2–3 years of experience
