IT Support Specialist

Role Description The IT Support Specialist elegant technosoft private limited will provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal users and ensure smooth operation of desktop and IT infrastructure. This full-time, on-site role is based in Prayagraj and involves responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. The specialist will install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, operating systems, and basic network connections, while documenting issues and solutions for future reference. The role includes coordinating with vendors or senior IT staff when needed, guiding users on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT support processes.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to assist users and manage support requests.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and issue diagnosis across common hardware and software environments.
Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Broad understanding of Information Technology fundamentals, such as operating systems, networks, and security basics.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters in accessible language.
