Role Description The Independent Affiliate role at Machi95 is a full-time, on-site position located in Kota. In this role, the affiliate is responsible for promoting Machi95’s products or services, generating leads, and building a loyal customer base through direct interaction and relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, explaining offerings, closing sales, and maintaining records of activities and performance metrics. The affiliate will also collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing efforts, participate in local promotional events, and provide feedback from the field to improve strategies. This role is suited for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable with in-person engagement, and interested in growing their income through performance-based opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in learning structured sales techniques.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently on-site, and meet agreed-upon targets.
Comfort with maintaining simple records, using mobile or computer-based tools for reporting, and following established processes.
Motivation to learn about Machi95’s products or services and clearly present their value to potential customers.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational background of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Willingness to work full time in Kota and participate in occasional local events or campaigns.
