Title: Junior Sales Executive Trade
Job Summary
Primarily responsible for managing the customer base, sourcing new leads and pulling sometimes complex quotes together for customers, therefore playing a key role for the company. Customer queries come via email, web chat and phone and can be urgent in nature, so prioritisation of workload and working under pressure are regular features of the role.
Responsibilities
Managing customer database, forming relationships with regular customers
Dealing with new enquiries via web chat, email and phone
Following new leads
Occasionally attending trade shows/exhibitions on behalf of the organisation
Pulling together sometimes complex customer quotes (RFQ)
As the company culture promotes helping others, ad hoc tasks may be assigned to the job holder that are not listed above
The job holder is expected to understand and work according to the requirements of the Techbuyer Quality Management System

Able to work under pressure, prioritising and dealing with several issues at once
Proven accuracy inputting high volume of data
Customer focused and excellent communicator – able to build relationships
