Build It
Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native products and platforms
Build microservices, APIs, full-stack solutions, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure
Develop infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automated release, and operational tooling
Create agentic AI solutions with governed tools, workflows, memory, and human oversight
Enable manufacturing execution, machine integration, analytics, and AI-assisted operations
Improve resilience, observability, performance, security, and incident response
Influence architecture and engineering standards while mentoring engineers and sharing ownership
Bring It
Advanced cloud-native development and DevOps experience across AWS or Azure
Strong skills in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go, plus API and data design
Expertise in Kubernetes, networking, cloud security, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD
Experience testing, debugging, and troubleshooting distributed production systems
Understanding of agentic AI patterns, model integration, evaluation, safety, and observability
Ability to automate responsibly, communicate clearly, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Technical leadership mindset focused on reliability, risk reduction, learning, and ownership
