Role Description
The Digital Asset Investment Associate will support investment research, financial analysis, and opportunity assessment across cryptocurrency markets, blockchain companies, and emerging Web3 sectors. The role combines traditional investment analysis with digital-asset market intelligence to evaluate projects, understand market trends, assess financial opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Working within a consulting environment, the associate will translate complex market developments into clear research and actionable insights while exploring opportunities across DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, and digital financial services.
Responsibilities
• Research digital assets, blockchain companies, crypto markets, and Web3 investment opportunities
• Analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, and emerging blockchain sectors
• Evaluate project fundamentals, tokenomics, business models, and market potential
• Monitor market trends, capital flows, valuations, liquidity, and investor sentiment
• Support investment assessments, due diligence, and opportunity analysis
• Prepare investment briefs, financial reports, market updates, and research dashboards
• Track venture funding, institutional adoption, and developments across digital assets
• Assess potential risks, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with consulting, strategy, technology, and research teams
Qualifications
• 2+ years in investment research, financial analysis, consulting, fintech, or financial markets
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets
• Understanding of investment analysis, valuation, and financial markets
• Familiarity with DeFi, tokenomics, stablecoins, and Web3 projects
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling; Python or SQL is a plus
• Ability to communicate findings through clear reports and presentations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree preferred

Compensation
$105,000 - $120,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
