Social Media and Creative Strategist

We’re hiring: Social Media & Creative Strategist | Garage Collective | Noida
We’re looking for someone who combines strong creative thinking with practical experience in managing social media accounts. You should be able to shape a brand’s social media strategy, develop content ideas and manage execution from planning to publishing.
What you’ll do
1. Develop social media strategies aligned with each brand’s goals and audience.
2. Create campaign concepts, content calendars, creative briefs, captions and reel scripts.
3. Work with designers and video teams to bring ideas to life.
4. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
5. Coordinate with clients on briefs, feedback, approvals and timelines.
6. Track performance and use insights to improve content.
What we’re looking for
1. Prior experience in social media strategy and account management, 3-4 years, preferably in a creative or digital agency (must have experience in B2B space)
2. Strong creative thinking, writing and presentation skills.
3. An understanding of platform trends, content formats and social media analytics.
4. The ability to manage multiple brands and take ownership of delivery.
