Serve as a primary business advisor and coordination lead for interactions with regulators and internal Exam Management, ensuring communications and deliverables are accurate, timely, consistent, well-supported, and responsive to regulatory expectations
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex regulatory matters, findings, commitments, and emerging risks by translating requirements into clear action plans, governance routines, milestones, evidence standards, and sustainable outcomes
Direct large-scale, cross-line-of-business projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple products, functions, risk disciplines, and stakeholder groups; establish structure, clarify accountability, manage interdependencies, and drive execution through completion

Provide functional leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise to workstream leads and project teams, fostering accountability, sound risk decisions, and continuous improvement without direct people-management responsibility
Represent the Exam & Initiatives Management Team in senior-level governance forums and lead high-priority response teams or ad hoc assignments as needed
