About Gold Pay
Gold Pay is not just another digital-gold app. We make gold spendable like money, and we are connecting bullion supply, jewellers and customers on one network. Our promoters are established bullion dealers and jewellers.
The role
You will turn priorities into execution and lead the scaling of the business. You'll build the operating structure, bring teams together and deliver results.
What you'll own
• Day-to-day operations across the business
• Company goals turned into plans with clear owners, deadlines and numbers, and seen through
• Hiring the leadership team
• Working with the founder: making decisions, taking responsibility and pushing back when needed
You'll fit if you
• Have 5+ years in operations, management or leadership
• Have built a business or a business function before, and can show the results
• Love building and working across functions
Fintech, payments or commerce experience is a plus.
