Comfortable or have worked in 0-1 setup!
From High growth D2C startups or fast paced startups in general.
Loves taking the helm in people, culture and anything people oriented really(Hiring, Ops, and whatever needs to be solved :))
More importantly, can roll your sleeves when it comes to setting things right and getting your hands dirty and get the job done!
Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get!
PLS DON'T APPLY IF YOU ARE/DO NOT:
Have experience in core people functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management and anything really, that the startup needs!
Ability to design and optimize people processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Degree: Doesn't matter - you and your skills DO!!
