Role Description The Vice President Finance is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategic financial planning for Nord Bridge. This position leads budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation to support the company’s growth in the digital asset and blockchain space. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership on long-term financial strategy, risk management, and investment decision support, while managing finance team members and coordinating with external advisors, auditors, and banking partners. The Vice President Finance also develops and maintains internal controls, financial policies, and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate or investment finance leadership roles
Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital allocation
Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements for decision-making and compliance
Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, investor updates, and regulatory reporting
Advanced Analytical Skills, with comfort working with complex financial models and large data sets
Knowledge of digital assets, crypto markets, and blockchain technologies, or strong willingness to learn
Experience with risk management, treasury operations, and internal controls in a high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team
Track record of integrity, sound judgment, and accountable leadership in financial decision-making
