Co-Founder

I'm looking for a co-founder to build OA Softwares with me.
Not an advisor. Not someone who just wants the title. Someone who wants to build.
OA Softwares is building a **Business Software Implementation** company around a simple belief:
*Business first. Technology second.*
We help businesses solve operational problems through the right combination of software, automation, system integrations, AI, and custom-built solutions.
I'm leading the technical and product side of the business. Now, I'm looking for someone who can help build the other side: **the commercial engine that turns what we're building into a sustainable company.**
Someone who can think across business development, sales, partnerships, operations, strategy, and customer acquisition.
You don't need to be an expert at everything. But you should be the kind of person who can take ownership of a problem, figure things out, make decisions, and get things moving without waiting to be told what to do.
I'm particularly interested in people who have built something before, sold something, grown a business, led a project, or taken responsibility for turning an idea into tangible results.
I'm open to different backgrounds and initial time commitments. What matters most is capability, commitment, alignment, and the willingness to do the actual work of building a company.
This is a genuine founding-partner search. Equity, responsibilities, expectations, and long-term commitment will be discussed transparently. I'm not looking to hand out a co-founder title in exchange for occasional advice or a few introductions.
I'm looking for someone I can build with, disagree with constructively, solve hard problems with, and trust to own a meaningful part of the business.
