What you will bring
2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on contract roles in the medical sector
Passion for business development and winning new contract clients.
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing contract deals.
Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
Proven ability to forecast accurately on contract revenue generation
Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
