About My Fraternity
My Fraternity is a private, verified network for top HR leaders across the GCC. Members share real insight in confidence, and we turn it into intelligence they can act on: reports, benchmarks, surveys, and toolkits. We’re backed by Fraternity Ventures and guided by a Board of Advisors.
Why this role exists
HR leaders in the region make high-stakes decisions on nationalisation, labour law, workforce planning, and AI, often with outdated or generic information. We exist to change that. The CPIO is the person who makes it real.
What you’ll do
Shape the intelligence agenda. Decide which questions HR leaders in the region most need answered, and guide our research and reports.
Lead the HR leadership community. Bring senior HR heads and CHROs into the network, and keep it a trusted space for honest conversation.
Be the voice of GCC HR. Represent My Fraternity at forums, roundtables, and on LinkedIn as a thought leader.
Guide quality and credibility. Make sure every insight we publish is verified, relevant, and decision-ready.
Build regional presence. Grow our footprint across the UAE and Kuwait through partnerships and peer networks.
Who you are
15+ years in HR, with CHRO or HR Head experience in the GCC
Deep knowledge of GCC labour law, compliance, and nationalisation
A respected name in the regional HR community, the person peers call for advice
Believe HR decisions should be backed by data, not instinct
Energised by building something new, not just running something existing
