🚀 Oracle Fusion HCM Architect Or Lead | UAE Onsite | Immediate Joiners
📍 UAE (Onsite) | 💼 10–15 years | ⚡ Immediate joiners preferred
The role
Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform for an enterprise client in the UAE, from design and delivery through to support.
You bring
8+ years in Oracle HCM, with 2+ end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations
Hands-on experience in Core HR, Time and Absence, and HCM Analytics (OTBI)
Experience leading teams and working with senior HR and IT leaders
Readiness to relocate to the UAE
