Call Center Operator

Unateus is looking for a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Call Center Operator to join our team.
This role is for someone who enjoys speaking with people, knows how to turn conversations into sales, and can remain effective in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
If you can handle rejection, overcome customer objections, and confidently close sales, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote products, explain their benefits, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products.
Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
Build trust through honest, persuasive, and customer-focused conversations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Communicate customer feedback and market insights to your manager.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
Confidence in handling objections and rejection.
A target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve results.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Honesty, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
A customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and closing skills.
