Vice President of Product Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing product operations across Fintech Investments’ portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact fintech solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and refining operating models, managing cross-functional programs, establishing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in product delivery and quality. The Vice President will partner closely with product managers to prioritize roadmaps, streamline execution, and remove organizational blockers, while ensuring compliance, risk management, and scalability of product operations. This role also contributes to strategic planning, supports integration of acquired fintech solutions, mentors product operations staff, and promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Product Operations experience, including designing and scaling product operating models and processes.
Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, with a track record of guiding strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional product delivery.
Advanced Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-team initiatives from planning through execution.
Robust Analytical Skills, including comfort with data analysis, performance metrics, and using insights to drive decisions and improvements.
Proven leadership experience in a fintech or technology-driven environment, managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels and work effectively in a remote setting.
Experience with SaaS products, financial technology solutions, or digital platforms; familiarity with sustainability-focused or impact-driven businesses is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
