We're looking for commercially driven Business Development Leaders with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering significant revenue growth across emerging markets.

🎯 The Opportunity
You'll build and develop strategic partnerships with mobile network operators, mobile money providers, digital wallet businesses and fintech platforms.
Your mission is to help these partners unlock new revenue streams through embedded finance, payments and innovative digital financial services.
This is a commercial role for people who know how to navigate complex enterprise organisations, build senior-level relationships and turn partnerships into measurable business results.
💼 What We're Looking For
✅ Proven commercial success — a demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-dollar revenue uplift for partners through financial technology, payments or embedded finance solutions.
✅ Relevant industry experience — established relationships and experience working with mobile network operators (MNOs), mobile money operators, digital wallets, payment providers or fintechs.
✅ Emerging market expertise — deep understanding of local markets, commercial dynamics, partnership models and routes to market in your target region.
✅ Enterprise dealmaking — experience identifying opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating commercial agreements and closing strategic partnerships.
✅ Revenue ownership — the ability to build business cases, structure commercially compelling propositions and translate partnerships into measurable revenue growth.
✅ A strong regional network — relationships with decision-makers across telecoms, payments, fintech and financial services.
🌟 Who You Are
You're entrepreneurial, commercially minded and comfortable operating in fast-moving markets. You understand that success isn't just about signing a partnership — it's about making that partnership commercially successful for everyone involved.
You bring credibility with senior executives, understand how to build business in your region and have the results to prove it.
Experience in stablecoins, digital assets or blockchain-based financial infrastructure is a plus, but a proven track record in payments, fintech and embedded finance is the priority.
