Role Description The Towing Service Provider role is an on-site position based in Bhopal. In this role, the team member will respond to service requests, drive towing vehicles to customer locations, safely load and transport vehicles, and deliver them to designated destinations such as workshops or customer premises.
The role also involves communicating clearly with customers, providing basic information about the towing process, and coordinating with dispatch or support staff for efficient scheduling. The Towing Service Provider is expected to be punctual, safety-conscious, and prepared to work in varying weather and traffic conditions.
Qualifications
Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license and experience operating larger vehicles or tow trucks.
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and safe towing procedures, including loading, securing, and unloading vehicles.
Ability to follow safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company guidelines while working on roads and in public areas.
Good communication and customer service skills to interact respectfully and clearly with customers and team members.
Physical ability to handle manual tasks such as attaching towing equipment, lifting moderate loads, and working outdoors.
Dependable work habits, time management skills, and willingness to respond to urgent service calls as required.
Prior experience in towing, roadside assistance, or automotive services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to record service details, read instructions, and use mobile or GPS devices.
