Role Description This full-time remote role is part of the Luxury & Premium Retail Talent Pool – India, designed for professionals interested in future opportunities across high-end retail brands and projects.
Talent Pool members may be matched to roles in store leadership, retail operations, customer experience, visual merchandising, styling, and mall or brand marketing.
Day-to-day responsibilities in assigned engagements can include overseeing store performance, managing teams, enhancing service standards, supporting store openings, and ensuring operational readiness.
Depending on project needs, individuals may collaborate with client leadership, contribute to process improvements, and support training and development initiatives.
The Talent Pool structure allows candidates to be considered for suitable roles as they arise, based on experience, skills, and career aspirations.
Qualifications
Experience in luxury or premium retail operations, including store management, sales supervision, or retail floor leadership.
Skills in customer experience and service excellence, with a focus on personalized, high-touch interactions for discerning clientele.
Exposure to visual merchandising, styling, or brand presentation within fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle segments.
Ability to support store openings, operational readiness, and performance audits, including process and standards implementation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with client teams and mall partners.
Comfort with digital tools and basic cybersecurity awareness in a retail context, including safe handling of customer and transaction data.
Demonstrated leadership potential, coaching mindset, and ability to develop and motivate diverse retail teams.
Relevant experience in the Indian retail market; familiarity with luxury/premium consumer behaviors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities across multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business needs.
