Role Description The MNC Leadership & Career Coach will provide one-on-one and group coaching to professionals working in or aspiring to work in multinational companies, with a focus on leadership growth and structured career development. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing personalized coaching plans, facilitating sessions on topics such as career planning, leadership skills, and workplace effectiveness, and offering guidance on interview preparation and role transitions. The coach will collaborate with clients to set actionable goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies based on feedback and outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate session records, contributing to program improvement, and occasionally supporting workshops or training events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chittaranjan & Kolkata.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills, with experience guiding professionals through career decisions and transitions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
Candidates should possess solid Career Development expertise, including goal setting, skills mapping, and progression planning within MNC environments.
Candidates should possess effective Interview Preparation skills, including mock interviews, feedback delivery, and support with role-specific interview strategies.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, human resources, or related field; coaching or counseling certifications are highly beneficial.
Demonstrated experience working with or within multinational companies, and familiarity with corporate structures, leadership expectations, and performance management processes.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, ability to manage multiple clients, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory coaching practices.
Ability to work on-site in Chittaranjan or Kolkata, maintain professional boundaries, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
