Role Description The Sales Attendant role at Feed is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat. In this role, the Sales Attendant assists customers on the sales floor, answers product-related questions, and provides guidance to support purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include managing product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. The Sales Attendant processes sales transactions accurately, handles cash and digital payments, and issues receipts while following company policies. This role also involves monitoring inventory levels, reporting stock shortages, and supporting basic store operations such as opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic sales and retail skills, including comfort with approaching customers, explaining products, and supporting purchase decisions.
Ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately, with basic numeracy and attention to detail.
Organizational skills to maintain well-stocked, orderly displays and a clean store environment.
Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to work full-time on-site in Panipat, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
Willingness to learn product information and store procedures, and adapt to changing customer needs.
Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Minimum educational background of high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
