Role Description
The Delivery Partner is responsible for safely picking up, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers across Cooch Behar, Dinhata, Alipurduar, Mathabhanga,Jaigaon and Binnaguri ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Following assigned delivery routes and verifying shipment details.
Obtaining proof of delivery and handling returns or undelivered parcels.
Maintaining clear and regular communication with the local operations team.
Providing courteous and professional interactions at customer delivery points.
Adhering to safety and operational guidelines during daily shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Customer Service: Polite communication, problem-solving skills at delivery locations, and professional conduct.
Driving License: Not mandatory (preferred if operating motorized vehicles, but cycles/e-vehicles or valid local transport arrangements are acceptable).
Physical Capability: Ability to handle and move parcels, walk or stand during shifts, and work in varying weather conditions.
Basic Literacy & Tech Skills: Ability to read basic delivery instructions, use smartphone delivery apps, and manage cash-on-delivery (COD) or digital payments.
Work Ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the hub team.
