Director of Construction Management, Building Systems and Energy Performance Contracting (Remote)
Remote, Northeast and New England | $175,000 to $215,000/yr
Lead a $100M+ Northeast portfolio of building systems and energy projects, fully remote.
Must-Haves
10+ years in construction management or project delivery leadership
Experience managing managers
Construction PM background in MEP, building automation, energy management, or ESCO
$100M+ portfolio and P&L management
Based in the Northeast or New England (VA and PA through Maine)
What You’ll Do
Lead PMs and construction leaders delivering ESPC, HVAC retrofit, and energy infrastructure projects.
Own portfolio profitability, forecasting, and cash flow with executive leadership.
Serve as the senior client contact and support BD on audits, estimates, and negotiations.
Nice-to-Haves
ESPC or ESCO background
PMP, DBIA, or LEED
MBA
