We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to strengthen our online presence, improve search engine rankings, generate qualified leads, and help grow our business in Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Optimize website titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and content.
Conduct website SEO audits and identify ranking and indexing issues.
Improve website performance, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals in collaboration with the development team.
Execute ethical link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
Optimize local SEO and Google Business Profile listings.
2. Content Marketing
Research and create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing pages, and service-page content.
Develop content strategies around website development, software development, ERP/CRM, and digital marketing services.
Optimize content for search intent, readability, and conversions.
Coordinate with designers and developers to publish high-quality marketing content.
3. Social Media Marketing
Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging captions, hashtags, campaign ideas, and promotional content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for posts, reels, and promotional creatives.
Build Softxcite's brand awareness and professional credibility.
4. Lead Generation & Business Growth
Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
Support lead-generation campaigns targeting Indian and international markets.
Promote website development, custom software, e-commerce, and other IT services.
Assist with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign follow-ups.
Optimize landing pages and calls to action to improve inquiries and conversions.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile insights.
Track organic traffic, keyword performance, leads, conversions, and campaign results.
Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data and campaign performance.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink analysis.
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
Understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Good content writing, communication, and research skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning.
Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure is an advantage.
Ability to learn new tools, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Increase in website inquiries and qualified leads.
Improvement in local search visibility.
Growth in quality, relevant backlinks.
Consistency and quality of published content.
Social media engagement and campaign performance.
Targets will be established according to the starting baseline, available resources, and campaign timelines. Rankings and traffic growth are not guaranteed.
