New Pig is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide world-class service to both internal and external customers regarding product-related informational needs, to assist with corporate projects and product training. This position requires a positive and detail-oriented individual who is focused on completing accurate work that is in accordance with standards and policies.
Position located at our Duncansville, PA location. Shift is 9:30am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and providing product solutions for customers based upon application and regulatory needs via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person
Moving customers through the buying journey from application discovery to closure of the sale
Answering technical questions about our product line to internal and external customers
Troubleshooting and resolving product problems and issues
Participating in new product development, including providing input for new ideas, participating in new product introductions, and providing post-launch support
Assisting in developing and editing technical information for the catalogs, website, content pieces and other promotional material
Conducting research projects in support of market research, product development, product management, and marketing
Staying up-to-date on product, industry, and regulatory subjects by completing research and training
Adhering to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
All other duties as assigned
