Associate Manager -Supply Chain Planning

Compensation: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA (based on experience)

We install solar rooftop systems in Sangli, Pune, Kolhapur and Nashik — and we build the software that powers every step of that journey, from the very first quote to long-term system performance. Our products serve both our customers and internal teams who deliver for them.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Manager – Supply Chain Planning to own material and delivery planning across our warehouse network, working centrally from our Pune office. This is a planning-and-ownership role: you will decide what we buy, where we hold it, and what we deliver each week — and you will lead the warehouse teams at Sangli, Nashik and Kolhapur to execute that plan.
You will report directly to senior team at Pune office, and work closely with the sales, accounts, execution and tech teams. You will own the plan end to end, with a weekly review against agreed outcomes — high ownership, backed by our ERP (Odoo) and the in-house planning tools being built around this function.
What You'll Own:
Material planning — plan solar panel stock (DCR and non-DCR) warehouse-wise across B2B and B2C channels, plan structure and electrical material against the project pipeline, balance stock between warehouses, and close additional material requests from site teams.
Weekly inverter purchase plan — issue the inverter requirement every Monday, based on committed projects where inverter delivery is still pending.
Purchase orders & vendor follow-up — raise and track purchase orders with module, inverter and structure vendors through to receipt, and hold vendors to their delivery commitments.
Weekly delivery planning — run the weekly region-wise, project-wise delivery review across all four delivery tasks (structure, electrical, inverter, panel), confirm payment, design and BoM eligibility before dispatch, publish the minutes and drive every action to closure.
Warehouse team leadership — lead the warehouse teams at Sangli, Nashik and Kolhapur: set weekly targets, allocate work, review performance, and visit each warehouse at least once a month.
Stock audits — run periodic central stock audits and reconcile every variance in a single pass, so physical stock and system stock always agree.
Odoo & data accuracy — ensure every sales order, transfer order, receipt and delivery is recorded in Odoo on time and accurately, and act as the business owner for our in-house planning tools through testing, feedback and adoption.
Damage claims & DCR tracking — manage damaged-module claims with the manufacturer through to replacement or credit note, and track DCR certificates for every DCR module received, dispatched or returned.
Reporting & escalation — share a weekly update against agreed outcomes, flagging exceptions and escalations early.
Why It Matters:
Every rooftop we install depends on the right material reaching the right site at the right time — and only once the customer's payment and design milestones are met. Plan too early and we tie up cash and stock; plan too late and installations slip. As our warehouse network grows over the coming year, this role is what keeps stock, payments and deliveries in step.
What Good Looks Like
The Monday inverter plan and the weekly delivery plan go out on time, every week.
Eligible deliveries are dispatched without avoidable delay, and nothing is dispatched outside the eligibility rules.
Odoo matches the warehouse floor: transactions recorded promptly and audit variances close to zero.
Damage claims raised promptly and tracked to closure.
Warehouse teams hit their weekly targets with issues resolved before they need escalation.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, warehouse operations or logistics.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills — lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables and data validation.
Hands-on experience with an ERP (Odoo, SAP, Tally or similar) for orders, transfers and stock.
Comfort leading ground teams and holding them to targets.
Fluency in Marathi/Hindi to coordinate confidently with warehouse teams, vendors and drivers.
Graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, BBA or equivalent).
Willingness to travel to our warehouses at least once a month.
Good to Have
Experience in solar, EPC, construction or other project-based supply chains.
MBA or PG diploma in operations or supply chain.
