Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Native iOS Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications across iPhone and iPad devices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional product management, UI/UX design, and QA teams to deliver modern, reliable, and fluid user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive native iOS applications utilizing Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
Build clean, modular, and testable mobile code adhering strictly to Apple design guidelines and engineering best practices.
Integrate complex RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, identity/authentication protocols, and backend microservices.
Manage local persistence, caching mechanisms, and data synchronization using Core Data or comparable frameworks.
Implement and configure Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and background processing tasks.
Optimize app performance, identify runtime bottlenecks, profile memory usage, and resolve crash logs.
Drive automated unit testing, peer code reviews, CI/CD mobile build automation, and code-signing workflows.
Manage end-to-end release management via App Store Connect, provisioning profiles, and TestFlight distributions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of dedicated native iOS application development experience.
Strong proficiency in Swift, alongside deep familiarity with both modern SwiftUI and legacy/production UIKit architectures.
Hands-on expertise using Xcode, Git version control, and package managers (SPM / CocoaPods).
Strong experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and JSON data serialization.
Proven track record deploying commercial apps to the Apple App Store and managing TestFlight release cycles.
Solid understanding of mobile security standards, keychain management, token storage, and secure communications.
Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Logistics & Application Note:
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (requires regular onsite attendance).
Location Constraint: Strictly local candidates to Atlanta, GA or Basking Ridge, NJ only. Remote-only or non-local applications will not be considered for this requirement.
