Job Opening: Fashion Merchandiser
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and experienced Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of apparel merchandising, e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams for sampling, production, quality checks, and timely dispatch.
Manage day-to-day order fulfilment, including deliveries, shipment tracking, returns, exchanges, and customer-related logistics issues.
Oversee inventory management across online channels, warehouses, and offline retail partners, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and retail partners for stock allocation, dispatches, inventory updates, sales tracking, and replenishment.
Analyse sales performance, pricing trends, and inventory movement to support business growth.
Work on assortment planning, style selection, and category management across online and offline channels.
Manage product listings, inventory updates, and order processing through Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with courier and delivery partners to ensure timely shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain and update MIS reports using Excel, including sales reports, inventory trackers, order reports, and performance dashboards.
Ensure product uploads meet platform guidelines, including images, descriptions, pricing, and product attributes.
Support new marketplace onboarding, catalogue expansion, and overall operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in the garment/apparel industry (mandatory).
Prior experience working with e-commerce apparel brands, garment factories, or online marketplaces.
Hands-on experience with Shopify for order processing, product management, and inventory tracking.
Familiarity with logistics and delivery platforms such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or similar courier management systems.
Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, order fulfilment, and returns/exchanges.
Excellent Excel skills, including MIS reporting, sales tracking, inventory analysis, and data management.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms to improve productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Understanding of online merchandising, marketplace workflows, and e-commerce operations.
Strong communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills.
Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
