We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Senior Interior Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative design, client acquisition, and operational execution right from our factory office.
Role Overview
This is a work-from-factory role located at our facility in IDA Bollaram. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, client-facing professional who owns the entire project lifecycle—from initial lead conversion and site visits to 2D/3D development, quotation negotiation, factory coordination, and handover to the execution team. If you have an eye for luxury design, strong commercial acumen, and love closing deals, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Lead Conversion & Client Management:
* Take ownership of incoming client leads, conduct consultative site visits, and understand client lifestyle and functional requirements.
* Drive the sales conversation from consultation to closing the project.
Quotation & Commercial Negotiation:
* Prepare precise, competitive BOQs and quotations.
* Handle commercial negotiations skillfully to secure project sign-offs while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Design & Technical Delivery:
* Create high-quality 3D renders, mood boards, and detailed 2D production drawings (layouts, electrical, false ceiling, plumbing, and civil drawings).
* Ensure designs align seamlessly with client budgets and technical site realities.
Factory & Operations Coordination:
* Work directly from our IDA Bollaram factory office, bridging the design and manufacturing phases by briefing the operations and production teams thoroughly.
* Coordinate factory walkthroughs, site handovers, and act as the primary design point-of-contact during execution.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in residential or commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing executed projects.
* Software Proficiency: Mastery over AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray / Enscape, and Photoshop.
* Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, handling negotiations, closing sales, and drafting cost estimations/BOQs.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi to manage high-end clients effectively.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work from our factory office located in IDA Bollaram during shift hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
