About The Role.
As a Product Marketing Manager within Tucows Domains, you’ll collaborate closely with product management, account management, business development, and customer care to launch products. You’ll develop messaging and positioning for targeted go-to-market motions, own customer segmentation and reporting, support product releases, and create product-related content. You'll have a deep understanding of the business, industry, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics that lead to new business opportunities.
This is an individual-contributor role focused on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality marketing assets and programs that help grow the business.
This is a completely remote opportunity within the Greater Toronto Area with the expectation of attending onsite meetings, functions, and events upon request.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our value to the market.
Know our customers – track our top midtail resellers across products and segments and report metrics on a regular cadence.
Lead product launches and release updates across our Domain Services portfolio.
Develop content for thought leadership, sales enablement, and promotional programs.
Collaborate with Product Management on release updates and provide related product marketing assets.
Research and develop content and positioning for new business opportunities to support our Sales team.
Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive research that shapes product narratives and campaign development.
Own customer reporting, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content drafting, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in a product marketing role
3+ years in a SaaS environment
Proven track record in establishing product marketing practices and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear market-facing messaging
Experience working with data to inform recommendations and track performance
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the domain industry, or related industries
Understanding of agile marketing practices (Kanban)

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
