Role Overview
Lead full-chip implementation readiness and consistency checks, identifying integration risks early and driving clean handoff to signoff and tapeout.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute full-chip quality and consistency checks
Validate hierarchy, connectivity, constraints, libraries, and collateral
Debug cross-domain integration issues and drive owners to closure
Automate recurring checks and maintain review dashboards
Lead readiness reviews and enforce release criteria

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong full-chip physical design and integration knowledge
Understanding of PnR, STA, PV, EMIR, DFT, and low-power interfaces
Strong TCL/Perl/Python scripting capability
Experience with large SoC databases and EDA tools
Excellent debug, review, and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Experience building automated quality gates
Exposure to advanced-node signoff and tapeout processes
Dashboard and data-analysis experience

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
