🚀 Hiring: Senior Software Engineer – Python Full Stack (Vue.js) | Mumbai
We are hiring for our client’s Investment Engineering team, which builds the technology platforms behind order management, compliance, portfolio analytics and data infrastructure.
📍 Location: Mumbai (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
💼 Experience: 8–14 years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
🛠️ Tech Focus: Python Full Stack | Vue.js
What you will do
✅ Design, build and deliver full-stack applications using Python with Vue.js (or React/Angular)
✅ Build scalable backend services and APIs in Python
✅ Own features end to end, from requirements and architecture to deployment and production support
✅ Build integrations across APIs, databases, data pipelines and enterprise systems
✅ Handle performance investigations, incident resolution and root cause analysis
✅ Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust solutions
✅ Take part in code reviews, design and architecture discussions, testing and documentation
What we are looking for
🔹 8–14 years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services, investment management or capital markets
🔹 Strong hands-on Python and backend development (APIs, microservices, data integrations)
🔹 Hands-on front-end experience with Vue.js, React or Angular
🔹 Solid fundamentals: API design, databases, authentication, architecture, testing, deployment
🔹 Ability to work independently and own deliverables
🔹 Strong communication with technical and business teams
🔹 Experience in Agile environments
Good to have
➕ Generative AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)
➕ Vector databases and AI integration patterns
➕ Azure, Snowflake, Java/JVM familiarity
➕ Exposure to financial markets or trading
➕ Experience in large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise environments
