DevOps Specialist

Job Description:
Position Overview
DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join a delivery team supporting application development and cloud operations initiatives across LATAM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes environments, and enabling modern cloud-native application delivery practices. The role includes direct interaction with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and client representatives, requiring excellent communication skills in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
Configure and manage Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.
Support application lifecycle management activities.
Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
Implement DevOps best practices across development teams.
Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
Monitor application and platform performance.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Groovy.
Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
Serve as a Spanish-speaking point of contact when required by stakeholders.
