Responsibilities:
Work directly with Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and balance programs
Document progress accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized clinical space
Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligible to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
