ECCO Group USA is actively hiring Bilingual Somali/English Political Survey Agents to join our remote team!
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are fluent in both Somali and English and enjoy communicating with people. This is a seasonal, work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
POSITION DETAILS
Work Location: Remote
Language Requirement: Fluent in Somali and English (required)
Employment Type: Seasonal
Schedule: Up to 40 or more hours per week, based on business needs
Availability: Must be available 35–40 hours per week
Weekend Availability: Required
Training: Paid, mandatory 1-hour training followed by a full scheduled shift
Pay: $11.00/hour or applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher
Pay Frequency: Weekly via direct deposit

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bilingual Somali/English Political Survey Agent, you will conduct nonpartisan political opinion surveys over the phone with members of the general public.
You will communicate with respondents in Somali and English, accurately document survey responses, and maintain professional communication throughout each interaction.
This is a seasonal position, and weekly hours may vary depending on client and project needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct nonpartisan political opinion surveys in Somali and English.
Professionally engage with respondents over the phone.
Accurately record survey responses using computer-based systems.
Meet established quality and productivity expectations.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Work independently in a remote environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be fluent in both Somali and English (speaking, reading, and comprehension).
Must reside in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Reliable computer or laptop with a Windows-based operating system.
Working headset and reliable internet connection.
Comfortable speaking with the public over the phone.
Must be available for shifts beginning at 12:00 PM Central Time.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Ability to complete required paid training.
Must complete all new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements.
