Role Description The Analyst role at MobainfoTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Analyst will gather, validate, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions and operational improvements. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend actionable solutions. The role involves documenting requirements, supporting process improvements, and ensuring data quality and consistency. The Analyst will also participate in meetings with stakeholders, present findings in a clear and structured manner, and contribute to ongoing optimization of analytical methods and tools.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data visualization (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
Ability to document processes, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights in a structured, concise way.
Familiarity with databases or basic querying concepts; exposure to tools like SQL is an advantage.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
