Role Description The Business Strategy Intern is a full-time remote role focused on supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives for To-Let Globe. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on rental trends and competitor offerings, analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges, and assisting in the development of business plans and go-to-market strategies. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and data analytics to refine service offerings and improve customer experience. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations, strategy reports, and summaries for leadership, contributing to process improvements, and supporting consulting-style projects that address specific business problems. This role is designed to provide exposure to real-world business strategy in a fast-growing rental platform environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning and Consulting to support strategy development and decision-making.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with the rental or real estate sector, digital platforms, or marketplace businesses is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides) is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks is expected.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
