.Hiring: Branch Legal Manager – NBFC
📍 Locations: Lucknow & Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Branch Legal Manager in an NBFC.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in NBFC/banking legal and recovery matters.
- Practical knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and IBC.
- Experience handling matters before DRT/DRAT and Consumer Courts.
- Good legal drafting skills, including notices, applications, replies, and pleadings.
- Willingness to undertake field visits for property verification, possession proceedings, and legal recovery activities.
- Experience in litigation management, coordination with advocates, and maintenance of legal MIS.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
