Position: Team Leader – Sales
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
Experience: 6–7 years in automobile sales, with proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve the dealership’s assigned targets.
Drive outlet performance by consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly test drives, lead conversion, and retail sales.
Ensure effective lead management, timely follow-ups, and conversion of prospective customers.
Develop and execute action plans to improve team productivity and overall sales performance.
Track individual and team performance, ensuring accountability and consistent achievement of business objectives.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to dealership sales processes.
Candidate Profile:
6–7 years of experience in automobile sales, including team management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, test-drive generation, lead conversion, and retail performance.
A target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results in a competitive automotive market.
