Senior OneStream Consultant – Managed Services (Remote, US or Canada)
Nova Advisory's SMART managed services practice supports finance teams running OneStream after go-live. We're looking for a Senior Consultant who brings both a real accounting or finance background and hands-on OneStream experience — someone Controllers and FP&A teams trust to keep their close and reporting running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day OneStream support for a portfolio of clients, handling routine administration independently and leading standard enhancements
- Modify business rules and member formulas, build dashboards, and perform scenario testing
- Build and maintain data transformation rules and troubleshoot data loads
- Lead month-end close support for your clients with minimal supervision
- Explain consolidation mechanics (CTA, intercompany, eliminations, cash flow) to users clearly and confidently
- Implement OneStream marketplace solutions such as homepage, help desk, and guided reporting
- Escalate complex issues to your Team Lead with the analysis already documented
- Write clear knowledge transfer documentation and coach junior consultants
- Identify enhancement opportunities that add value for clients
What You Bring
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (e.g., controllership, FP&A, consolidation and financial reporting); degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on OneStream experience as an application administrator or implementation consultant
- OneStream Certified Associate (OCA)
- Ability to read, debug, and modify VB.NET business rules
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with finance stakeholders
Location & Work Authorization
This is a remote role open to candidates who live in the United States or Canada and are available during North American business hours, including month-end close periods.
