Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Territory Executive is responsible for promoting Micro Labs’ products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors, and ensuring effective coverage of the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing field visits, detailing products, organizing and participating in medical promotional activities, and monitoring prescription trends and competitor activity. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of calls and territory performance, and providing timely market feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The Territory Executive collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to support product launches, ensure compliance with company policies, and uphold Micro Labs’ reputation for quality and ethical practices.
Qualifications
Strong sales and territory management skills, including target achievement and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare products and basic understanding of therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Diabetology, and related specialties.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging healthcare professionals and trade partners.
Ability to plan field activities, analyze market data, and prepare concise reports on territory performance.
Proficiency in using basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or sales reporting applications) and maintaining accurate documentation.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical field sales or medical representative roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
