🚨 Senior Plaintiff Employment Litigation Associate - Atlanta, GA (Remote) – Up to $120k Base + Partnership Track
Location/Schedule: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the Atlanta area for court appearances and depositions
Base Salary: $120,000+

The Role:
Manage approximately 20–30 active matters initially.
Draft briefs, dispositive motions and demand letters.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Handle court appearances and arbitration hearings.
Lead settlement negotiations and assess case value.
Prepare trial strategy and second-chair complex matters.
Advise and communicate directly with executive and professional clients.
Core Requirements:
Active Georgia Bar admission.
At least five years of employment litigation experience.
Strong plaintiff-side experience or highly transferable litigation skills.
Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience.
Ability to manage litigation independently.
Stable employment history and strong commercial judgement.
Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Compensation and Benefits:
$120,000 base salary.
